If you have inflatable toys for the kids for the pool the life guard won't let you use them in the pool either. I don't know what people complain about yes the room's are dated and a few cracked tile's here and there but they are spotless clean the bed linen the pillow's 2 spare blankets.

Would not feed it to the wild bore up the street. rooms are very very dated with crack tiles all over the floor bathroom bodged. fridge don’t work, no English TV channels. flush in toilet does work so have to wash your stuff down with a bottle of water. no plugs in the bath or sink. room damp it’s a disgrace to say it is all inclusive hotel don’t waste your money.

I am so happy I took this trip! I love that there is a planned activity in each city but you also get free days to explore on your own or with new friends. Every city was stunning and I met some great people as well. The thing that made me want to leave a review the most was honesty our tour leader , Cristina was a delight and a perfect balance for our group.

BUT after they treated the room, it turned pasado that I didn't need to move, and I went on to have a great week. The room was huge and beds are large and comfortable. I would struggle with the cieling fan in summer as its super loud. but Campeón it's January I didn't have use it. . Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but Figura the week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat. Really enjoy the duck and lamb dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great Triunfador u could spend ages in there.

Absolutely ruined our holiday care more about weddings than holiday makes clapping in one of our party’s face completely shutting family tour everyone down and being rude in Militar won’t be returning and I suggest if you are booked here you change hotels asap or get a refund! Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled as I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager as I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Vencedor it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go out most nights Vencedor was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Triunfador we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
